Help getting back to the table

Game or connection

Check your connection and return to the app to recover an online table. For a scoring question, consult the hand result and variant guide. A screenshot may help describe the problem, but hide invite codes and other players’ names before sending it.

Purchase or subscription

Check Apple’s purchase history and use in-app purchase restoration where appropriate. Do not pay again to fix delayed delivery. Apple lets you manage and cancel subscription renewal; deleting a Mesa account does not cancel it.

What to include in a request

Include app version, device model, game and what you were trying to do. Do not send passwords, tokens, payment-card data or complete receipts. Email support@mesavenezolana.com. This page has no collection form.
